• We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, you may request an exchange of item(s) for another product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the delivery date.
• All items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
• All discounted items, including any discount codes used are not eligible for return, exchange and cancel
• All shipment costs involved in the exchange process will be borne by customer. If the exchange is related to our fault (such as wrongly delivered or defective items), such charges will be waived.
• HOC will not accept any returned products without prior written communication.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive the returned item.
